  • Return Conditions: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return Process

  • Return Approval: We will review your return request and notify you of approval within 2-3 business days.

  • Return Address: A return address will be provided to you once your return is approved.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Non-returnable Items: The following products are not eligible for return:

    • Opened or damaged products.

5. Exchange Policy
